ASK FOR THE SALE

Regardless of what happens, you must always ask for the sale.
If you feel uncomfortable with this then blame it on your boss, but for
the love of god you must ask every time or you will be constantly making
more friends and no sales. If you can't ask, then maybe you should
find another career. Many books are available on closing, but if you only
use one then use this one. Ask every time!
When I started asking for the sale I couldn’t believe how easy it was.
It is easier for people to say yes than to say no. Of course I had
many closes in my arsenal, but I would always start with “ Let's do it
and start writing.”. It’s really not that complicated.
