ATTITUDE

Before you do anything, you must learn how to smile and have a good attitude, or your sales will suffer.  Personal problems must be checked at the front door and no matter what has happened, you must move forward and put failure and disappointment behind you.  No one likes a person with a bad attitude and further more stop whining.
