A true professional learns her product and learns it well. Arm yourself
with knowledge and be prepared, but do not bore your client with too many
words. Knowledge should be used on cue, but do not flash it unless
it is needed. Remember, your words can be vomit if not used properly.
You are not that thrilling!
Knowing your product is imperative if you expect and want long term
success. It’s like the military: They have many weapons and will
probably only use 5% of them, but if there is ever a war then they are
ultimately prepared. Be prepared you might need it!
