COMPANY STRUCTURE

A common complaint from employees is that their company has no organization and no structure and lack of training.  You employers need to realize that your staff wants structure.  That is why they are working for you and not themselves.  It starts with their first day at work.  You need to have their office neat, organized and have flowers on their desk with a welcome card.  And you must have a definitive plan of action.  That first day is incredibly important.  You must make them feel comfortable.

Many people quit after the first few days at work because they feel so damned uncomfortable.  The employer is to blame for this.  Why spend all that money on recruiting and not be prepared?  It’s a shame!  All employers should read a few books on the subject of recruiting.  Many sports coaches have some good ones out.  When’s the last time you went to the library?
