Call your customer after the sale and don’t be afraid to ask them how
they feel. If there is a problem you can handle it before the customer
tells 20 people how bad your service is and what a jerk you are.
How many times has this happened? If people are mean then let them
vent. Do not fight fire with fire.
It is imperative that you develop a customer feedback sheet and send
it to your customer with a self-addressed envelope. These can be
powerful tools to use in the future. My CSI (customer satisfaction
index) was extremely high because people liked me and I took care of problems.
High CSI will make you more money!
