DELEGATION

These are called the tree D’s of business and many professionals adhere to this philosophy.  If the task is not going to make you money or better your intellect than get rid of it.  If it's something you must do but it can wait, then delay the task.  If it’s a sales call, then drop everything and do it now!

I have used this method for years and it has saved me hours on end.  Time is too valuable to waste with unnecessary task.  Always be polite and remember that your family is counting on you to bring home the bacon.  You’re the only that can make it happen!
