Mundane and tedious task if productive in nature will lead to great days of leisure and wealth.  Take this to heart and be a marathon runner instead of a sprinter.

I have witnessed that many times in sales, a new hire goes into it like gangbusters and then 3 months later they quit.  Find a way to be consistent, always growing.
