FEATURE BENEFIT SELLING

What’s the point of a feature without a benefit? When you give a
feature think up a benefit, but again, do not bore your customer.
Keep it simple, to the point and say it with a matter of fact attitude.
Try it! It works.
When selling manufactured homes, I was taught by the master of feature
benefit selling, Grasson Swepfinger. He could literally spend hours
building value in a product, but he would never give you a feature without
a benefit. This will make you more money!
* Example-
“Folks, did I show you the self cleaning oven. This oven will save
you time because instead of fussing for hours cleaning it, you can simply
turn this button and go play with your kids. This is what you want in an
oven, isn’t it?”
