No one can teach you how to laugh, but if you try it you may be pleasantly surprised.  When the shit hits the fan I chuckle and say, oh well and take action to make it better, but don’t loose your mind and start crying.  It solves nothing.  We all need to grow up and put things in perspective.  Laugh all the way to the grave and you will laugh all the way to the bank.

This sales stuff, when put in perspective should be a blast.  Hopefully you work for a company that recognizes this, for that is the kind of company that is successful.  Yes, mistakes can be very costly but what can you do?  Laugh it off!
