Why not sell the person being interviewed more on why they should work
at your company? Most interviews consist of the boss asking you why
you want to work there and why they should hire you? Sell the interviewee
on your company and then you will have control. After all, you can
always say no.
I must admit that I am the master at recruiting and convincing.
I could get top salespeople to work for me because I sold them on the company
and me first and then I asked questions about them. Look to top recruiters
like Coach Phil Jackson for advice on this subject. Start selling
and stop asking!
