Most people love to talk and hate to listen.  Why do you think there are so few psychiatrists?   A sure way to get someone to like you is be fascinated by their words and talk about them.  Yes, this can sometimes be like Chinese torture but keep thinking of that new BMW you want.

I have witnessed many bad salespeople talk their way out of a sale.  If you like to hear yourself talk then you should have become a DJ.  Shut up and listen!
