MANAGERS and OWNERS (but to be read by all)

I, personally, have owned several businesses and managed several staffs but I am, by no means, an expert.  However, we all need to take a good look at who we are and expose our weaknesses so that we can change for the better.  Some of you may not want change for you enjoy dominating and controlling others and your purpose is that of self and greed.  That is why it is important for employees as well as employers to read the following pages.  Employers need to be teachers and held accountable for their actions and employees need to recognize when atrocities are being committed against them and realize that they have choices.
