MEAN BOSS

It’s a shame when a person leaves a good company because he or she has a mean boss.  This is tough because it put s you in a no win situation.  Try and stick it out or talk it out but sometimes you must move on for if you speak, you are the one that goes not the boss.   Hopefully a mean boss will read this book and change for the better.  Good luck with this one!

I have worked at companies that have been destroyed because the boss is an asshole, but they continue on because they fool the owners.  Turnover is a sure way to recognize a jerk for a boss.  If you have high turnover then you most likely have a mean boss.  Don’t kid yourself!
