PAPERWORK

Sure there are exceptions to this rule, but for the most part powerhouse
salespeople do not like the grind and the meantime of paperwork.
It is insane that a company will hire someone based on their sales ability
yet fire them based on their ability to do paperwork. Sales teams
work best as a team. Hire paperwork types to do the paperwork and get your
sales staff in front of more people. Now, one must have some skills
(obviously) but without deposits you don't have a company.
I have seen many top salespeople get burnout because they are burdened
with too much paper work. Your sales staff needs to be role-playing
and figuring out ways to get in front of more people. I must say that the
car business is good at delegation, but what about those crazy hours?
