PROMISES

Under promise and over deliver.  If you want to sleep at night and have long term success you must adhere to this philosophy.  Simply do not make promises you can’t keep.  If you do not deliver, the client will never trust you.  If your not sure, then say you are not sure.  Believe me your client will love you for it!

Nothing pleases a client more than for you to deliver more than they expected.  Try this and you will have a good life!
