Mr. Harvey Mckay of Mckay Envelope would actually go to a person’s home
before hiring his receptionist because he wanted to see how he or she lived
and acted. He did this because his theory is that you could spend
millions on advertising, but if you don’t have the absolute best to answer
the phone and mediate then it is all a waste.
Get a good receptionist or telemarketing staff and treat them well or
your entire marketing affront will be a waste of time. Believe this
