 Build relationships with your clients and truly care about them.  Talk less and listen more and always remember that, more than anything, they are buying you.  If you don’t like people you better learn to or you will flounder.
Send birthday cards, Christmas cards and be good at remembering names.  You wouldn’t believe how much money Christmas cards have made me!
