We all fail, but the strong ones persevere and learn from their mistakes. At some point you must take a risk if you want to get to the next level in income. Unfortunately risk can come with its consequences. Did you know that the average American millionaire goes bankrupt at least once and has 18 different occupations in her lifetime? Take risks but think wisely!
My old boss made his new protégé manager go out and buy a new BMW because he knew that he would now have a goal. A high payment can motivate one to produce. Unfortunately the story does not have a happy ending, but I hope you get the point! Be careful but at some point in your life try putting all the marbles on the table. It builds character!
