SALES AWARDS

Sales people are very competitive, so it kills me when I hear of a company that has no sales awards and no bonus structure.  Sales people love a pat on the back!  Create an award structure that is worthwhile and obtainable or you will loose staff to a company that has does.

The company, Palm Harbor Homes of Texas, leads the pack when it comes to awards and recognition.  It is no secret that their continued success can be greatly contributed to this philosophy.

If you don’t have sales awards and a bonus structure, then you do not have goals.  We are not that more sophisticated than the seal that jumps through the hoop to get a fish.  Do it now!
