All phone ad calls must be handled in one way. Give little information,
follow up and always close for the appointment. Remember you can’t
sell over the phone (unless that is your business). Get the client
in front of you and worry about it then. Listen to your managers
and do not get into a negative cycle. Just get them in!
The phones will make you more money than you could ever imagine, for
the phone shopper is usually not a time waster and they are in need of
your product or services. The phone shopper is looking for kindness,
entusima and a professional. Get good at setting the appointment
and don’t worry about if their qualified or not. Just get them in!
*Note-When you get a sales call the first thing you should do is say;
“ I am on the other line. What is your phone number and I will call
you right back.” Gets the phone # first or you are waiting
precious breath!
