YELLING
“Surely a person is born with an axe in her mouth, and she cuts herself with it when she speaks foolish words.”
-Sutta Nipata 657

Yell all you want to, but you are only hurting yourself.  Your life will be miserable and your desk filled with pending lawsuits.  In this day and age, you must treat people with the utmost respect and document everything, but don’t yell.  People like to be treated like human beings.  Call me a liberal, but I can recruit and hold onto a staff with the best of them.  Be a motivate not a yeller.  People don’t need the job that much.

People do not respond well to yelling, unless it is a sports team or the military.  You need to be a stern boss, but you will loose respect if you constantly loose your cool.  Be cool, calm and collected and bite your tongue or you will loose staff.
