Charlie's Place
"Charlie's Place" is a short
poetry manuscript consisting of unrhymed poems and sepia-toned photographs
paying tribute to some experiences had in a neighborhood tavern.
The title is derived both from a local bar (no longer in existence) with
which the author was acquainted and the establishment which Jimmy Stewart's
character, Elwood P. Dowd (along with his large rabbit friend), frequented
in the classic film, "Harvey".
