The Non-Works
of
Samuel Tyldsley
Notes
16. There
are many theories about the meaning of this work. It seems to have
little objective meaning when taken literally and yet to some it seems
crystal clear. It has been said to be perhaps the most elaborate
suicide note ever written. Others feel it is confession of Tyldsley's
personal life. And still there are those who claim the work is almost
entirely detached from Tyldsley himself, the burden of meaning being shifted
to the reader. Perhaps it was never meant to be seen at all, we may never
know for certain.
The song playing
is "A Whiter Shade of Pale" originally done by Procol Harum. It can
be found at
Alice
Kelly's Midimania Page.
