A Returner's Magic Should Be Special Season 2 has announced its opening song artists and premiere date, with FLOW returning to create the opening theme 'Sorrow'. The season will debut in October on Fuji TV's '+Ultra' programming block, and will air on Wednesdays at 24:45 (Thursdays at 12:45 a.m.). The first season will re-air on Fuji TV and Kansai TV starting July. Yen Press is releasing the series in English, describing the story as a tale of six heroes striving to save the world, with magician Desir Herman given a second chance to prevent catastrophe. The web comic, based on an original story by Usonan, was adapted into a webtoon by Wookjakga. Crunchyroll streamed the first season in English-speaking countries, and the new season will also be available on the platform.
